What is the difference between the R100 entrance fee, the share, and the R250 monthly target?

1. R100 Entrance Fee: A once-off, non-refundable administrative payment covering identity verification, compliance onboarding, and file preparation.

2. R100 Membership Share: A once-off refundable capital contribution that makes you a constitutional legal co-owner of 0360 Co-operative with 1 vote at the AGM.

3. R250 Monthly Target: An encouraged local spend target, NOT a compulsory fee or fine. It represents purchases you make for your household from verified local township merchants or procurement bulk drops to circulate community wealth.

How does the spaza shop bulk procurement network work?
Township retailers and spaza shops commit quantities to open group campaigns. As the total pool reaches higher volume thresholds (e.g. 500 or 1,000 units), the price drops for everyone. Members pay a 20% deposit and collect their orders at local township distribution hubs using secure QR pickup PINs.
How is my personal data protected under POPIA?
0360 operates under strict POPIA compliance. Private identity documents, bank accounts, precise home addresses, and financial turnover are never displayed publicly. Only verified compliance officers review confidential documents.
How does democratic voting work in 0360?
We strictly follow the international co-operative principle: One Member, One Vote. All eligible approved shareholders receive an equal vote on board appointments and constitutional resolutions, verified via cryptographic ballot tokens for total ballot privacy.
